This privacy policy has been developed to explain how JClickParty.com and Click Events, Inc. (collectively, the "Site") handle and protect your personal information. This privacy policy applies only to data collected and various transactions and activities in which you engage on the Site and to any email communications between Site members originated on the Site. This policy does not apply to any other Website (partner, affiliate, etc.) that may be accessed via the Site nor to any offline communication between members.

We may share aggregated and anonymous (ie. no specific information about you) demographic information with sponsors or advertisers.

We treat any information collected from you as either "public information" or "non-public information."

Non-Public Information - is any information used for transactional purposes, including, but not limited to "individual information" and "financial information" as described above; subscription purchase history information; and transcripts of communications between you and other individual site users.

Public Information - is any information that is made available to other members via your personal profile including, but not limited to: username, age, height, weight, ethnicity, religion, essay answers, etc.

Control Of Your Information

We require that no members enter any personal or financial information into the "public information" areas of their profiles. We also ask that members be careful about what information they enter in the chat area of the Site.

Any information entered into a profile or the chat area of the Site by a user is then considered "public information."

You are responsible for your Site password and we urge you to keep it in a safe place. You are responsible for the activities of any user who has accessed the Site using your password. If you feel that your password has been compromised, please change it immediately.

Third Party Websites

We may place links on the Site to other third party websites that are not under our control and whose information collection and privacy policies may differ from ours. We suggest that you review the privacy policies of these sites before disclosing information to them and remind you that we cannot be responsible for the activities of these other sites.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect from you for the purposes of operating the Site and providing you with the services you have subscribed for. We will not sell or give your personal information to any third parties without your written permission except under the following conditions:

We are required to provide certain information about you to third party processing services in order to bill you for your subscription via credit card or bank check.

• Troubleshoot site problems


• Identify duplicate profiles created by the same individual


• Respond to Member complaints concerning offensive behavior.

Referral Rewards/JClickParty Connections Program

If a Member decides to use the Site's "JClickParty Pals/ Referral Rewards Program" Feature to invite a friend or acquaintance to our site, the Member is asked to submit the friend's/acquaintance's email address and the Metropolitan Service Area they live nearest. The Site will automatically send the friend/acquaintance an email informing them of the referral and inviting them to join the Site. The friend's/acquaintance's email address is retained solely for the purpose of automatically adding the person to the Member's "JClickParty Pals/Referral Rewards Program" list. The Site may also send reminders of the referral in the future. The person referred will always have the option to "opt out" of our database from any emails they receive from the site. The Site will not sell these email addresses or use them to send any other type of communication besides referrals and referral reminders.

Site Security Procedures

The Site uses a variety of security measures and procedures to ensure that your personal information remains secure, confidential, and unaltered. We use industry standards to prevent unauthorized access to all Site data from inside and outside the company. However, with the rapid development of and changes in internet technology, there is no such thing as "perfect internet security."

Notice of Change

We may change this policy at time based on your feedback or updates to our data collection policies and procedures. Policy changes will take effect after we have notified our members of such changes via email with at least (30) days notice. The 30 days notification period is offered in order to give you time to notify us that you do not agree with the stated changes.
